If you are experiencing an issue where you have missing content from your affiliate control panel, it’s likely due to your /cache folder not having correct permissions. In order for the affiliate control panel to display, the /cache folder must be writeable. It’s likely that folder has become un-writeable and is working from cached files. To resolve this issue, do the following.
A) Delete ALL files in your idevaffiliate/cache/ folder.
B) Make sure the idevaffiliate/cache/ folder has FULL write permissions (777).
C) Clear your browser cache.
Reload the affiliate control panel again. This should resolve your issue. If not, please contact our support dept. for further assistance.
