Using Google Workspace (Gsuite) or Gmail for SMTP Delivery

The following are Google Workspace (Gsuite) and Gmail SMTP email settings.

SMTP Settings

Delivery Method: SMTP
SMTP Authentication Required? Yes
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP Character Set: utf-8
SMTP Security: TLS
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com or smtp.relay.gmail.com if you’re using a relay.
SMTP Username: Gmail email address (name@gmail.com) or Gsuite address if you’re using Gsuite.
SMTP Password: App password (not your Gmail/Gsuite password) – See instruction guide or video below.

Setup Guide
  1. Go to Manage Your Google Account then Security.
  2. Enable 2-Step Verification.
  3. Go to App Passwords. Use iDevAffiliate as the App name and you will be given a password to use for your SMTP Password (above).
