If you are trying to access your iDevAffiliate admin center and you’re seeing an “invalid license key” message, there’s an easy way to resolve this. Your license key is “locked” to your server environment and can become invalid if any of the following 3 items change.
- Server IP Address
- Domain Name
- Installation Folder Name
To resolve this the invalid license key, simply go to /admin/local_reset.php in a browser. By visiting this location, you will reset the license key to the new/current items above.
What happens during an invalid license key?
You can’t login to your admin center. That is all. Everything else is still 100% working including affiliate signups, email notifications, affiliate links, commissions, etc.
