We have tested and verified the following settings to work with Office 365 email accounts. That said, if you use these settings and still get a connection error, you will need to contact your hosting provider and/or server admin directly to verify any connection/blockage issues.

SMTP Settings

Delivery Method: SMTP
SMTP Authentication Required? Yes
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP Character Set: utf-8
SMTP Security: TLS
SMTP Host: smtp.office365.com
SMTP Username: [email protected]
SMTP Password: yourgmailpassword

An alternate SMTP setting might be SSL security with port 995 instead. This depends on your server configuration.
